How much does it cost to organize a party?

Monday to Friday: €260 for 10 children, with an additional €16 per extra participant. Saturday and Sunday: €290 for 10 children, with an additional €19 per extra participant.

What is included in the party package?

The package includes one hour of free jumps, one hour in a private room, Eracle Jump socks for all participants, and snacks and drinks for up to 10 participants.

How long can I stay in the party room?

With the standard party package, you have one hour of room use after jumping. We ask you to leave the room 5 minutes before the end to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next event.

Can I invite more than 10 children?

Yes! Our packages are designed for 10 children, but you can add more participants for an extra fee. If the number exceeds 20, we can combine two adjacent rooms, if available, to accommodate everyone.

Can I bring my own food and drinks for the party?

No, for safety and hygiene reasons, we do not allow external food or drinks. However, we provide snacks and drinks included in the package and can customize catering through our Element Café.

Can I add extra services to the party?

Yes! You can add a private instructor, entertainment, hostess service, or even a photographer to capture the best moments. Just let us know what you need when booking.

Are the private rooms decorated?

Yes, our rooms are decorated with colorful and original graffiti, perfect for creating a festive and cool atmosphere! You can also bring decorations to personalize the room. However, we ask that you avoid confetti, streamers, or materials that are difficult to clean.

Can I bring a group of children, such as the kids of my friends?

Yes, you can bring a group of children. Make sure you have signed waivers from the parents of each child. You can pick up the waivers in advance at the reception.

Is it possible to rent the rooms for private events, corporate events, or team building?

Yes, we offer the option to rent our private rooms, decorated with original graffiti, for private and corporate events. The rooms can be combined to host larger groups.

What happens if I need to cancel the party?

If you cancel at least 7 days in advance, you will receive a full credit for the deposit. Otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable.
